At a school in eastern China early on last Tuesday, a bus struck a group of students and their parents, killing 11 and injuring 13, according to police.Just before 7:30 a.m., the parents and students arrived at the gate of a middle school located in Tai’an city, in the Shandong province’s eastern region, according to a social media post made by the Dongping county police department.It said that five students and six parents had died. According to the department, one of the injured was listed as being in serious condition, and the others were listed as stable.
It stated that the driver was being held by the police while the incident was being looked into.

It stated that the bus was built specifically for carrying students. It was unclear who was in charge of driving the bus. Five South Korean children, six Chinese children, and the driver were all slain. It’s still unclear if reckless driving caused the collision or if it was intentional.China has increased training and vehicle inspections in an effort to toughen up on transportation-related hazards.In recent years, China has also seen a significant number of attacks on schoolchildren, frequently involving the use of homemade explosives or knives. In most cases, it was discovered that the suspects were seeking retribution against the larger society or for personal grievances.
