An entrepreneur named C.D. Lenawa filed a petition for fundamental rights, which will be reviewed by a five-member Supreme Court bench.

In the petition, it is asked that the presidential election be postponed until the Supreme Court offers a ruling on the determination of the dates that signify the expiration of the President’s term in office. The bench is expected to consider the pertinent petition on this month’s eighth.
