A 64-year-old French woman, who was touring Ella’s Little Adam’s Peak, fell down a precipice.

The accident occurred yesterday  evening in a very steep area. Her location was searched using drone cameras, and she was subsequently brought to safety by rescue officers. It is reported that she suffered severe head and leg injuries in the accident.

The foreign woman was admitted to Demodara Hospital and later transferred to Badulla General Hospital.
