The fast bowler for Durham and England, Brydon Carse, has been suspended for three months following an anti-corruption probe by the recently established Cricket Regulator.

By placing 303 bets on different cricket matches between 2017 and 2019, Carse violated ECB gambling regulations. Carse accepted the charges and cooperated with the independent regulatory body. He reportedly wagered on Durham games, but not on the games he was participating in, according to a story in the Telegraph.
