According to the government, there is no truth to claims that Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited (SLTL) will be closed down.

The Ministry of Finance emphasised in a statement that there are no plans to liquidate the Thriposha Company and that no action has been taken in this regard.

It went on to say that the program of giving pregnant women and children Triposha will continue in a more effective manner.
