Tourism – Sri Lanka Tourism to Present a New Phase of Growth at WTM 2024 in London

At WTM 2024, Sri Lanka will present its strategic plan for reviving tourism, building on the remarkable 50% annual growth rate that the country has seen thus far from the UK, its second-biggest source market. The performance of the previous year was much surpassed by this increase in arrivals, indicating a very bright future for the island nation’s travel industry.

For the 44th year, the WTM Travel Fair 2024 will be place in ExCeL Hall in London, United Kingdom, from November 5–7, 2024. This year’s World Travel Market is anticipated to feature over 5,000 exhibitors, 50,000 visitors, and more than 4000 tourism service providers, such as travel boards, hotels, transportation companies, and tourism services.
