The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) states that the 24-hour water cut previously planned for Padukka, Homagama, Pelanwatta, and Pannipitiya has been reduced to 18 hours.

The NWSDB further noted that this decision was made in consideration of consumer requests, and there will be no changes to the previously scheduled dates or the affected areas.
