The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has announced a significant increase in the prices of all types of fuel, effective from midnight yesterday (21).

According to the official statement, the price adjustments are as follows:

Lanka White Diesel: Increased by Rs. 79 per litre. The new price is Rs. 382,Lanka Super Diesel: Increased by Rs. 90 per litre. The new price is Rs. 443,Octane 95 Petrol: Increased by Rs. 90 per litre. The new price is Rs. 455,Octane 92 Petrol: Increased by Rs. 81 per litre. The new price is Rs. 398,Lanka Kerosene: Increased by Rs. 60 per litre. The new price is Rs. 255.
