The Ministry of Digital Economy has introduced a special WhatsApp number to assist vehicle owners who are facing difficulties in registering for the National Fuel Pass.

Individuals experiencing issues during the registration process can resolve them by sending their vehicle number to the WhatsApp hotline at 076 000 19 19. To facilitate this, the following documents must be submitted:

A photo of the National Identity Card (NIC), Driving License, or Passport. A copy of the valid Revenue License., The Vehicle Registration Certificate.

The Ministry emphasizes that only the registered owner of the vehicle is eligible to apply through this service.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Digital Economy assures the public that all information and personal data provided will be strictly protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.
