Four electronic gates (E-Gates) at the arrival terminal of Katunayake Airport will be officially opened today (28th), according to the Chief Immigration Officer of the Department of Immigration and Emigration, Jude Fernando.

Fernando further stated that this “E-Gate” project was implemented with the assistance of the Japanese government and will significantly enhance the operational efficiency of the airport.
