The Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education has issued a statement claiming that a fake ‘WhatsApp’ group is being operated under the title ‘Education Council to be formed through the New Education Reforms’ for the purpose of uniting teachers across different educational zones.

The Ministry stated in the notice that the fraudulent ‘WhatsApp’ group is neither run by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education nor is it operated with its knowledge, and that the Ministry bears no responsibility for any activities carried out through it.

The Ministry of Education requested the relevant parties not to be misled by such fake ‘WhatsApp’ groups, which are being run to undermine the New Education Reforms program and inconvenience the government, and to remain vigilant regarding them.
