The government has declared today, the day of the funeral of His Holiness Pope Francis, a national day of mourning. The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils, and Local Government have issued a related circular.

According to that circular, all government institutions are informed to fly the national flag at half-mast today (26).
