It is reported that former State Minister S. Viyalendran has been arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).

The Commission has taken steps to present the arrested former State Minister to the Aluthkade Magistrate’s Court, and the Aluthkade Magistrate’s Court has ordered the former State Minister to be remanded in custody until the 1st of April.
