“Number of tourists visiting the country in the first two months of 2025 exceeded 500,000”
The total number of foreign tourists arriving in Sri Lanka has risen to 530,746 in the period ending March 5th of this year (2025).
The latest report issued by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority also indicates that 37,768 tourists arrived in the country within the first 5 days of March alone.
