“International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva says she congratulated President Anura Kumara Dissanayake on the significant progress Sri Lanka has achieved. She stated this in a post on her ‘X’ account regarding a video conference held with President Anura Dissanayake.

She further stated that she discussed with the President ways of attracting investment and improving living standards.

She also mentioned on her ‘X’ account that they discussed the importance of continued reforms under the guidance of the International Monetary Fund.”
