Professor Chandana Jayaratne, Chairman of the Arthur C. Clarke Institute for Modern Technologies, states that a rare celestial show, where 7 planets of the solar system can be seen in a row, is occurring these days.

The professor points out that this spectacle will be clearly visible in Sri Lanka after sunset from today (25th) to the 28th.

The professor further stated that all planets of the solar system, except Earth, can be seen in a common path during this period
