Yesterday from 9:00 AM to around 1:30 PM, Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports, and Civil Aviation Bimal Rathnayake, along with Deputy Minister of Transport and Highways Dr. Prasanna Gunasena and Deputy Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation Janitha Kodithuwakku, participated in a special session to listen to public needs and address complaints nationwide.
“Ministers unite to address public issues on Public Day”
This session successfully provided immediate solutions to many issues presented by both employees of these key sectors and the general public. Additionally, several other concerns were accurately identified and directed to the relevant authorities for swift resolution.
Officials from the ministerial staff and relevant departments actively participated in the event and confirmed the effectiveness of this initiative in addressing critical concerns in four major and decisive sectors of the country.
