The Dharmadutha College Old Boys’ Hockey Association in Badulla has organized a grand open hockey tournament with the aim of promoting hockey within the school and the Uva Province.

This open hockey tournament, named “Dutha 7’s,” will feature both men’s and women’s teams and will take place over two days, January 18 and 19, 2025, at the Vincent Dias Stadium in Badulla.

More than 20 hockey teams, including those representing the tri-forces and sports clubs, are expected to participate in this tournament.Organized for the fourth time under the strength of the Dharmadutha College Old Boys’ Hockey Association, the event is led by its chief organizer, D.W. Naleenda.
