In addition to enhancing efficiency and facilitating public communication, this initiative aims to streamline services and make it easier for the public to submit requests.

The Ministry anticipates that the Department of Labour and the Ministry of Labour will respond to employee needs with timely interventions and relief.The Ministry added that the goal of this WhatsApp number is to quickly resolve service-related concerns that private and semi-government employees encounter.
