The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) announced that fuel prices would be revised, with effect from midnight yesterday (30).
This has resulted in a 2 rupee drop in the price of Petrol 92 Octane to Rs. 309 per litre, and a 5 rupee increase in the price of Kerosene to Rs. 188 per litre.

According to Ceypetco, the prices of Super Diesel and 95 Octane petrol, however, have not changed.
Here are the new fuel prices:
Petrol Octane 92 – Rs. 309 (reduced by Rs. 02)
Auto Diesel – 286 (increased by Rs. 03)
Kerosene – Rs. 188 (increased by Rs. 05)
Petrol Octane 95 – Rs. 371 (not revised)
Super diesel – Rs. 313 (not revised)
