A significant measure for the November 14, 2024, parliamentary election has been declared by the Election Commission.
In order to avoid multiple voting and maintain transparency, voters will be asked to mark the index finger of their left hand with a suitable sign, according to the election oversight agency.
“General Elections – voters will marked on their index finger instead of their little finger”
This decision was made in light of concerns about potential confusion during the recent presidential election of 2024 polling.
According to the Election Commission, the mark will be put to another finger if the voter’s left index finger is not available.
