Tomorrow (30) marks the start of the postal voting for the General Election 2024.
Postal voting will begin tomorrow at all police stations, District Secretariats, Election Commission Offices, and IGP Offices, according to an announcement made by the Election Commission.
Additionally, on November 4, postal votes may be cast at these offices.

Additionally, the Election Commission said that postal voting will be available on November 1 and November 4 for members of the armed forces and other government institutions.
The postal voters who were unable to cast their votes during these days may do so at the District Secretariat where they work.
Nearly a thousand officials will be sent to observe the postal voting process during this year’s general election, according to Rohana Hettiarachchi, Executive Director of People’s Action for Free & Fair Elections (PAFFREL).
