From October 2 to 4, a high-level delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will be in Colombo to meet with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake and the country’s new economic team. The delegation will be led by IMF Director of the Asia Pacific Department, Krishna Srinivasan.
“High-level IMF delegation will be in Sri Lanka this week”
According to a spokesperson for the global lender, the high-level team is in the island to talk about the most recent advancements in the economy and the changes implemented as part of Sri Lanka’s IMF-supported economic program.
