The Foreign Minister, Vijitha Herath, who is also the Public Security Minister in charge of the Department of Immigration, announced that the Government initiated an immediate forensic audit into the irregularities associated to the VFS Global deal.
“Government begins an audit into the VFS Global deal. ”
Minister Herath said, “Any discrepancies found will be subject to legal action in the future.”
“As a result, individuals operating in the business and investment sectors will now possess the same access to visa facilities.”
