Two roads near the President’s House are ordered to reopen by the president.

Roads surrounding the President’s House in Colombo Fort have been reopened by order of President Anura Kumara Dissanayake. These roads were previously blocked by barricades.

The President’s House was closed to the public and the area surrounding it was classified as a high-security zone.

But according to the President’s Media Division, all roadblocks have now been removed with the appointment of President Dissanayake.

As a result, the public will have access to Sir Baron Jayathilaka Mawatha and Janadhipathi Mawatha as of today (28).
