On the second day of the third Test match between England and Sri Lanka at London Oval, England was bowled for 325 in the opening innings.

While Dhananjaya de Silva, the skipper of Sri Lanka, had an outstanding bowling effort, taking 2 wickets for just 18 runs, Milan Rathnayake claimed 3 wickets for 56. Lahiru Kumara and Vishwa Fernando both claimed two wickets.
