According to Palestinian officials, Israeli forces have killed at least 11 Palestinians in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
There were six fatalities from a drone strike and gunfights in Jenin, and five from an airstrike in the al-Far’a refugee camp.According to Israeli security forces, they are conducting “a counterterrorism operation to thwart terror” in Tulkarm and Jenin.Jenin, Tulkarm, Nablus, and Tubas are the four Palestinian cities that appear to be the targets of a simultaneous Israeli operation.

This is reportedly the first time that multiple Palestinian cities have been targeted at the same time since the second intifada, a significant uprising that took place in 2000–2005.
According to Palestinian reports, there have been armed clashes in the city’s refugee camp, resulting in the closure of the main roads into Jenin.
It is reported that at dawn, an Israeli airstrike targeted a car in a nearby village.
According to reports, Israeli forces have shut down two hospitals in Tulkarm and entered one in Jenin.Two refugee camps in Nablus are apparently the target of Israeli military raids.Following an Israeli drone strike, medics in the Far’a camp near Tubas report that ambulances are having difficulty reaching the injured.
Israeli Defence Forces (IDF) have been “operating with full force since last night in the Jenin and Tulkarm refugee camps to dismantle Iranian-Islamic terror infrastructures established there,” according to Foreign Minister Israel Katz.He claimed that Iran, which supports Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Hamas, was attempting to create what he described as a “new front” against Israel in the West Bank.
“We have to address the threat in the same way that we address the terrorist infrastructure in Gaza, which includes evacuating Palestinian residents temporarily and taking any necessary action,” he continued.Although they have not provided many details, the Israeli military said in a statement that the Israel Border Police, Shin Bet, and the IDF were “currently conducting a counterterrorism operation to thwart terror in Jenin and Tulkarm.”
