Sri Lanka highlights the Ramayana Trail in Malaysia in an effort to boost travel.

As a result, the statement stated that the High Commissioner of Sri Lanka, Air Chief Marshal (Rtd.) Sumangala Dias, met with representatives of MITTA and expanded on previous conversations he had started with the Kuala Lumpur Selangor Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KLSICCI) in July 2024.High Commissioner Dias emphasised the expanding potential for tourism between Malaysia and Sri Lanka, pointing out that roughly 60,000 Sri Lankans visited Malaysia last year, compared to 10,000 Malaysians who visited Sri Lanka.
