At the President’s House in Colombo yesterday (21), President Ranil Wickremesinghe accepted the credentials of three recently appointed ambassadors and two recently appointed high commissioners to Sri Lanka, according to a report from the President’s Media Division (PMD).
In attendance were the high commissioners for the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and the Republic of Zambia.
Ambassadors also presented their credentials from the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the Republic of Lithuania.
The list of new ambassadors and high commissioners who gave President Wickremesinghe their credentials yesterday is below:

Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Lithuania based in New Delhi
Ambassador-designate of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Colombo
Ambassador-designate of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar based in Colombo
High Commissioner-designate of the Republic of Zambia based in New Delhi
The People’s Republic of Bangladesh has a designated high commissioner located in Colombo.
