Declaring that “it’s time for this war to end,” US President Joe Biden has urged Hamas to accept a fresh Israeli proposal to end the fighting in Gaza.The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) would withdraw from populated areas of Gaza during the first six weeks of the three-part proposal’s ceasefire.
